For products valued at $500 or more per unit or custom orders placed upon request, the return process involves sending the product directly back to the supplier. To initiate such a return, please send the product to our address. Our company will then forward the product to the supplier. Once the supplier processes the return and reimburses us, we will then refund you.

5. Oversized and Heavy Items:

For oversized items or those weighing over 15 kilograms, returns are coordinated in agreement with the customer and our company.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

In most cases, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Exceptions may apply if you have received a defective product.
