1. General Return Policy
Customers can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the return request is approved.
2. Conditions for Returns
Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, use, or damage may disqualify the item from being eligible for a refund. Certain items, such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout items, may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
3. Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. In such cases, we will coordinate the return process and may cover the cost of return shipping.
4. High-Value and Custom Orders
For items valued at $500 or more per unit or custom orders, returns involve sending the product back to the supplier. Refunds will be processed once the supplier has received and approved the return.
5. Oversized and Heavy Items
For items over 15 kilograms or classified as oversized, returns will be coordinated between the customer and Allcanadasafety to ensure smooth processing.
6. Return Shipping Costs
In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exceptions may apply for defective products or errors in the order.
7. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of $15 applies to returns of orders valued at $200 or less and weighing 1 kilogram or less. This fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and restocking costs.
- For items valued at more than $200 or weighing more than 1 kilogram, the restocking fee is calculated individually and typically equals the cost of return shipping. This fee will be communicated to the customer during the return process.
- Restocking fees do not apply to defective products or errors in the order.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 to 20 days, depending on the product type and supplier’s location. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
9. Steps to Initiate a Return
Contact us via email or through our website to request a return. Provide details, including your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Ship the product to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
10. Important Notes
Items not meeting the return conditions or excluded from the return policy will not be eligible for a refund. Specific PPE items, such as opened disposable masks, are not returnable for safety reasons.
